Doesn't look too bad. Give it a good soaking and see how it looks after a day. The soil seems ready to be watered again right now

The wrinkling indicates it is not taking in enough water. The question is are the roots healthy. I would test the soil with your finger, say an inch below the surface, to see if it is damp. If dry, then water till it runs out the bottom- discard excess after 10 minutes (or immediately if you so choose). If the soil is moist or worse damp, Gently wiggle the plant to see if it is lose- don't be too aggressive. If firm- good the plant is just thirsty, but if loose you should remove it form the pot and check the root health.
