Akane Japanese Maple 2nd post

Not sure what happened to my 1st post but I no longer see it. I assume it was deleted maybe because someone mentioned another site but I don't know. I do thank those two posters for trying to help though.

Just planted this little guy last year and nursed it along till winter thinking it would be good to go this year.

Last year it lost most of it's leaves and seemed to really struggle. I put this off mostly to shock from being planted and such. I also thought I might have let it get a little dry to start with also. This year it started off great but today I noticed this on the leaves. This is how it started last year. If it was later in the year I would think sun scorch but the year is just started and it's not even been hot yet and only a hand full of days in the 70's. I have made sure the tree has had plenty of water this year also.

I'm in zone 8a in northeast Ga. The tree gets a little morning sun (maybe 2 hours) and a little afternoon sun from 2 till 4 pm tops.

Surely someone has some input on this.
