Help ID moss pleass

I found this moss in the woods and was really curious what it is! it is very susceptible to drying out it seems like it wants watered all the time but it turns gorgeous green AS SOON AS I water i can literally watch it come back to life. I took a photo of what looks like a seed as well, any help would be amazing!
