Is it greening up yet?

Well for us, last year was unusually severe and mine are all dead too. My Muhlenbergia reverchonii continued to thrive in pots even, without dieback. I think I will have to give up on capillaris as permanent grass.

No green shoots yet.I poured some of that alaska fish fertlizer on it hoping that will spring it back to life, still nothing yet :(

I've given up on M. capillaris as well. All new plantings died after last winter and a 4-5 year old plant has only a very few green shoots.

Well, after uncertainty (and laziness if I have to be honest), I finally planted out the reverchonii into the ground. I planted it high, because of the overwhelmingly generous watering Nature tends to give us (ie wet) and pray it can accomodate and thrive.

It's not as good as capilaris, but if it lives and thrives, it's more sustainable.
