Lucky bamboo has lines on it

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I need your help. I just bought a lucky bamboo plant recently. I placed it in water. The temperature where I live is around 26-27 Centigrade. It was alright till recently. From about 2 weeks it has been developing some kind of lines. I'm worried about that. There is no brown or yellow color in my plant. Kindly help. Is my plant ok.

    Those lines/wrinkles means the plant is not getting enough hydration usually because no water or roots are dead/rotting and not able to carry water up to the plant.

    You should remove canes, inspect roots, remove any dead/rotting roots and if slimy rinse roots very well, replace water weekly and monitor for changes.
