I just discovered this morning this slender survivor, masquerading as a weed, hidden amongst a succulent patch in my garden. Over a year ago, a seed pod partially opened up before I had a chance to recover it and collect the seeds. This escapee proves that Adeniums are born to survive neglect and beat all odds. It has "toughed it out" through torrential rains, blazing sun and night temperatures in the 50's, while hidden beneath another plant. It now deserves some molly coddling in its new pot. Wish us luck!
