Please help with my Paphiopedilum

Greetings,
Here are a couple of shots of my new Paph. 'Graceful' x 'Outreach'. New growth is coming in well; but the older growth has brownish/black 'rusty' spots. Please help me identify, treat, and prevent the spread of this problem.
