I am curious- what is Witches Brew?

Just looked up H. Witches Brew on the HL.

Nice looking plant.

Never heard of it before.

Just found it on Fransen's web site and listed for sale.

Described as a grey/green sieboldiana type.

Growth listed as medium which probably translates as slow.

I wouldn't rush to get it, there are probably better plants out there with a name along a similar theme.

Try checking Don Rawson's Lists.

Ken, that is one bubbling hosta! LOTG has Witches Brew. Dave, I am going to look some more... Hopefully someone has a name in mind that will fit... For contest purpose...

I'm growing it. Good looking Hosta. A slow but steady grower. Sorry can't post a pic - my computer is slowly dying and the ability to post pictures is one of the things that has given up. Aaarrgghh!

Oh, good to know someone growing it! I was wondering why some hostas just never get popularity?
