My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

WE WANT THESE CHAIRS THAT WE ORDERED BUT WANT TO MAKE CERTAIN THEY ARE COMFORTABLE SO CAN WE OPEN ONE OF THEM AND SIT ON IT WITHOUT FEAR OF NOT BEING ABLE TO RETURN IT THE NEXT DAY IF WE FIND THEM UNCOMFORTABLE

    Hi - thanks for your message. I do suggest ordering 1 unit to start so you can test it out. If you don't like it, you can return it. If you do, you can order the other units to complete the set.

      Hi, I have already ordered three chairs from you and would be happy if you could send me one of them. I am concerned that you might be sold out of the other two so could you hold them for me and I will let you know the day that the first chair arrives if they feel comfortable.

      Yes, we are out of stock of the grey. More units are arriving at the end of this month. If you can wait it out, please contact Houzz Support to let them know.
