My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The wood is reclaimed snow fence from Wyoming (Centennial Woods) with no additional 'treatment' or finish applied. The metal is a Dark Bronze standing seam that we had rolled to 16"wide w/ 2" high seams. The metal was installed by a subcontractor who specializes in architectural metalwork.
