My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    wow... my question was asked almost a month ago, when the item was in stock. Why bother answering at this point? It seems as absurd as your calculation of $12 shipping per placemat. Who does that? You would have been better off continuing to ignore my inquiry.
