Friendly bug?

Some kind of spider, but not a spider mite, hopefully? I really don't want to spray. There are wasps and ladybugs helping me keep the aphids under control, and the bees and butterflies seem pretty happy. I don't know my spiders but just assume that if they're predatory then they won't be eating my plants. Is this a correct assumption?
