How do you open the high awning windows?

Are they motorized or done manually with some sort of mechanism?

Hi-
you open these windows with a long pole that has a hook on it - it is actually fairly easy to do.
I have motorized windows on occasion - but the client has to be Ok with the fact that the motor, while small, is visible.

That makes sense Cathy, thank you. A pole with a hook is certainly much less expensive than the motorized system. It might not have as much cool factor but the price is right.
