Meyer lemon leaves

I’ve had a potted Meyer lemon tree for just over a year. Last year it was healthy and had some good growth. We got a few lemons off and after that it had another period of new leaves around January. a Few weeks ago I noticed the leaves turning yellow and dropping. I know it wasn’t over watered so I added some Earth Juice Grow liquid fertilizer to increase the nitrogen. The soil PH is currently 5.6-6.5 but now the leaves are turning white and very droopy. I live in Colorado and the weather is just now warm enough to move the tree outside so I have done that to where it is getting 6+ hours of morning sun and afternoon shade. I don’t know if the fertilizer is what is causing the leaves to be white or if I need to take more drastic measures.
