Help my Fiddle Leaf Fig!

Hi, I am a new owner of a Fiddle Leaf Fig.

I have spotted some small brown spots on 3 of the older leaves. The new leaves are very green and look healthy.

I am not sure what could be causing these brown spots and holes. Can you please help me!
