Try Old Good Things. (http://ogtstore.com/index.php?) They are an architectural salvage place with stores in NYC and LA and a warehouse in Scranton, PA. They sell the completed tables, but I think they have the legs made someplace. Maybe they also sell just the legs. Their warehouse is a great place to wander through. They don't have a clue to what is all in there.

You probably can't find it. It and the stools were imports for West Elm, and perhaps they had problems with delivery. However, why not have someone reproduce it? You could then tailor the dimensions to your space.
