Here I go again--adding hydrangeas

Ok, So I seem to have successfully gotten ruby slippers oakleaf hydrangea and a Nantucket blue hydrangea established and doing well. I realize that the oakleaf blooms will probably never turn red in my area but thats ok.

Anyway, I had thought about trying to put in a hydrangea bed along the south bay window of our house. I have actually messaged with Luis about this a bit. But I was going to hold off until after the summer on getting plants. Well I went by our local nursery today and they are trying to clear out some space as they had several hydrangeas on sale. I got a nikko blue, harlequin, enziadrom, little limelight, and Alpengluhen. May go back for a pistachio if they are still there. Anyway, you never see them on sale around her so I jumped on em for better or for worse.

My question is, can I pot these up for the time being? I have some areas that get plenty of shade on the east and north end of my house. 2 areas are on concrete but they get shade all afternoon, the other area is around a big ole Burr Oak Tree that also gets shade from a paper shell pecan and a natchez crape myrtle. I could theoretically put a bed there eventually I don't know, but for now am wondering about potting them up in the shade?
