What type of blocking or wall support needed to mount this? Are instructions online?

I am consulting with our engineering department. The instructions state that a professional installer should install the seat, but not what type of in wall backing or support should be used.

The instructions state "SAFETY NOTE: Concealed In-Wall support backing is ALWAYS REQUIRED for this product (not included) – and must be supplied and selected by a licensed installer/contractor to meet both weight bearing and local code requirements. PRODUCT INSTALLATION SHOULD BE DONE BY A LICENSED INSTALLER/CONTRACTOR"
