Yes, as soon as temps come down overnight. If the soil is kept evenly moist, not wet, they will "self correct" on their own (but if you see an extreme wilting episode, water first from the rot ball outwards). Water them if the soil feels dry or almost dry to a depth of 4" . If you water and the soil is already moist or wet, the chances of root rot might increase depending on many things such as your type of soil, how fast water drains in your soil, etc.
