Tiffany, Here’s a closeup of some of the mature leaves. As you can see, they have a dark border. Doesn’t show up on the new growth. Yes, it’s a rather uncommon cultivar.

Wow beautiful. Are they leaf cuttings? Or is there another reason why the variegation doesn't shop up on new offsets?

No leaf cuttings. The new growth doesn’t show the dark bands, but in a few months, they will.

Yes, similar to Eve, but the light sections are more of an olive color.
