OMG, such a cute retro kitchen! I know you can find odd sized dishwashers, they are a bit more expensive than the standard ones though. Good luck with your project!

Don't get rid of the cabinets. They are wonderful! You will surely be able to find smaller models of appliances online.

You could always get a portable dishwasher as long as you have a place to hide it when you're not using it.

Thank you for all your posts about the kitchen. I am still researching kitchen ideas, and I appreciate everyone's input. I will update you on some other projects I have completed on this, my childhood home.

I have redone the outside and two bedrooms on the inside. I save items like the shutters in case I can find a way to reuse them. The house was built in 1943. Each time I begin something, I run into problems like termites and damage they have caused, but I am excited and spurred on as I see the house looking better. I've never tried anything like this before so it is a real learning experience.
