My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Would you mind sharing how tall this room is for the bunk beds? I just love how you’ve designed this space!

    The ceiling heights are a bit less than ideal at 7'-8" but it was what we had to work with in this renovation. The back beds where actually where the owners stored all of the house paints and stains and was littered with plumbing runs and electrical wires
