My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

And does drilling into the wall like that affect leaking?

    Tim:

    We had a custom metal work shop create this rail.

    On the danger of leaking, note that the rail is not attached to the top of the sheet metal coping but to the side of the parapet wall. This reduces the chance of leaking by 95%.
