I got a bucket of dirt and to my surprise after a 2-dat downpour, these were out and blooming. I cannot find much about growing them. Do they only bloom once and die or do they go dormant, coming back to a bloom next June?

They go dormant in late fall, only emerging in June when the rains have picked up. Aren't they a wonderful surprise?

Thank you! I would really like to know if I can dig them out once they're done being such showstoppers. I want to have a couple pop up in different areas, but not sure if when dormant I can disturb the tuber/root. Not sure about watering, etc. please help. I am a very green, naive gardener. Just starting out. :)
