Singapore in possible trouble

My Singapore and her inflo have really stalled inside my tent. Cut down to 400 watts, hps bulb, on 14hr timer, 6in inline fan on ground, 6in desk fan above, humidifier, and gets to 90 degrees. Decided to replant her and my celadine into bigger pots, and look what I found. Is she in trouble? I know Singapore's are hard to root in first place, and dont want to lose inflo. Also, celadines flowers are not fully blooming and have browning edges. Inflo looks not fully developed like most I see in pics. Discovered it could be possible lack of water. I was watering once a week on Saturdays, but when I pulled celadine out of pot, her root ball was completely bone dry, only 4 days later on wed! So any help would be great!

On your Singapore, looks like what's left of its energy is being diverted into flower production rather than rooting. From the looks of the cutting, I highly doubt you'll see any flower at all, perhaps a few small barely open ones at most, the rest of the buds will wither and die off.

Since you want to keep the inflo, there are 2 options: 1) treat it as a cut flower stem by leaving it rooting as you are doing now. There's a big chance you'll lose the entire cutting. (2) graft it onto a rootstock.

Sorry. The Singapore has no roots. Maybe only a nub. She is firm all the way down, no sign of rot.

It sounds to me like you have already diagnosed the Celadine as being too dry. That would be my first guess as well. Try 2x per week and see what happens. In hot weather Plumeria in smaller containers may need water daily.

The Singapore may respond to a heat mat warming the soil.

Ok great. Thanks so much for your response. I'm wondering if the lack of water is the problem as to why my 2 yr old is losing its lower leaves...they gradually turn yellow, and fall off...only have like 2 levels of leaves now

I have replanted the Singapore in a larger pot. Going to see what happens over the next 4 to 5 days...if I dont see any quick growth like it should be doing, I will cut the inflo. Would rather save the cutting. If I were to keep it the way it is you really think i would lose the cutting altogether? No chance of it blooming nicely and rooting? Just trying to gain a sense on ur perspective when u said "from the looks of your cutting, doubt you will see any flower at all." Granted I know you have tons more experience than me.

Just wanted to update that I cut off the inflo. You were absolutely right, it was never going to grow. Went in with a knife and the inflo stem was a little squishy I couldn't even cut through without it bending over. Snipped with scissors. Thanks for your help. Def saved me from a loss. Keeping fingers crossed for future.
