New Petunia Help!

Hi,

I am attempting to create some nice planters for the front of my house. Keep in mind, this is my first foray into gardening. At the nursery, I bought some petunias. Fir the first week, I had terrible soil, and realized the planters didn't have drainage holes (realized this after a pouring rain, and the planter was a swimming pool). Once this was realized, I added nice fluffy organic pitting soil, and added holes. I do not believe the petunias are dead, but they definitely dont look good.
