Placing the bed opposite the entry door has been proven to enhance sleep. Think I'd try to put the smaller chest inside the closet and move the large on with TV to the foot of the bed in option two. That way you can center the bed on the window.

That’s not an option, the closet is next to the doorway. The large dresser with mirror needs to stay on that side wall

I vote for option 2. Is there any way to use the night stands elsewhere and replace with smaller round tables? A small tweak but it would help open up the space.

Option #2: you can’t center the bed on the window and put the tv/chest next to the closet?

In option 2 the chest is at bottom of bed next to closet. There is no where else for the dresser with the mirror to go...

Option 2. Beds needs to be placed such that if you were laying in it your feet would be pointed toward the entry way into that space. You need to center the bed on that wall, and then configure all of the other furniture around that. If it doesn't work with what you currently have, then you need to get new furniture until it does.
