Hello,

This product ships via freight carrier. As such, Houzz policy indicates that damage and defects must be acknowledged by the customer within 5 days of order arrival to qualify for free returns/exchanges/parts. We offer a separate limited 30-day return policy.

Out facilities are located in California, so you can expect to receive your shipment within 1-2 weeks of the date you order it. You will likely need permission to have this product delivered to your building, as a signature and appointment for delivery are required.
