What a nice collection of hostas! Perfect coloring on your Dark Shadows. I also like the wide yellow margins on your Autumn Frost.

Could the one above "I don't remember this guys name" be Hollywood Lights? Does that ring a bell?

Also, that doesn't look to be June Fever. It's got some pretty markings but not JF.

Thanks sandyslopes your right I remembered the wrong June offspring. Hollywood light does sounds familiar, I would have spent less then 20 dollars cnd on it so it could fit. thank you for the suggestion. I really like how dark shadows as turned out.

Hi thanks everyone. TOC is touch of class. My forgotten hosta is and the one I think is Whirl wind were last years newbies. June spirit and Cathedral windows are starting their third summer. The noid and was a division from a generous gardener who helped me get started so not sure how old it was but I have had it 8 or nine years. I think Paradigm and Big Daddy they are around 6-8 years giver or take and the rest fall somewhere in between.

Everything looks great, Frogged. Very healthy and happy-looking hostas.

Outstanding hostas, Frogged! I was going to ask about the siting (sun exposure?) of your EA when I saw it. Now I too am wondering if it's not GA? I have to go and look at mine to compare (as my EA is too young yet to make comparison).

Ok this is strike three for me at I'd s. I most likely mislabeled the angel. I did map out the garden but I must have been half asleep when I wrote down names cause y'all are finding my goofs. Off to make the new and improved garden map thanks all!

Well, the only reason I noticed is probably because those are both hostas that I would love to have someday.

Frogged, it happens to the best of us. It took me years to notice I mixed up my Golden Sculpture with Golden Waffles. Luckily, our hostas still look good even if we call them by the wrong names sometimes. :-)

I was calling my Antioch 'So Sweet' for years.... until I joined this forum and BK (whose gorgeous SS is shown in the Hosta Library) and others pointed me in the right direction.

By the way, Frogged, I forgot to ask earlier..... how old is your Wolverine? It has the look of maturity to it judging by the lovely drape and size (especially length) of the leaves. It really is lovely, as all your plants are.

Hello Josephines Im not exactly sure but I would estimate that I have had it for - 5-6 years ish. Ive never kept records, so as folks have asked me ages Im kinda taking a stab at it. I know that nothing is over 10 maybe possibly-11 except the divisions of the noids I have been given. Cause that is how long I have been gardening here. I know nine or so years ago the only thing I had were the unduletas and lancifolias. Then came some garden center and donation hostas some are gone, and others I got lucky with. Big Daddy was one Stiletto another. I think it was about 7-8 years ago that I found out about specialty nursery's. Which started with a tiara which was on the clearance rack because it had lost its id, $5. The gentlemen who cashed me out asked me a question about the name, and I not sure if he was asking me if I thought I knew what is was, but I told him I would call him George. He was kind enough not to laugh or explain,just that it was a good name. When I go around each spring and this hosta pokes his pips up I still say hello George nice to see you again. So yeah, Iam rambling I think this plant is about 5- 7 ish
