Wall mount flushometer toilets

Hello. My question involves the Toto CT708E#51 and the Kohler Kingston 1.28 GPF or 1.6 GPF Toilet. From the limited info I could find it appears to install the Toto CT708E one does not need to purchase a separate special metal wall mount but, like most flushometer toilets, one does need to use to install the Kohler Kingston does?
