ps3, you cannot get rid of the miners, but I have found that applications of Neem oil, applied at appropriate timing intervals, does a very good job at preventing egg laying. It is absorbed into the plant and the tiny developing larvae will feed on it.....allowing neem to do its magic as an insect growth regulator.
