Leucospermum...common name pincushion from family of Proteaceae. I might be incorrect, but the commonly named "protea" don't have spikes like this in their flowers. Seeing the leaves would be helpful. But if you google leucospermum, you will get all the pics you need to help identify these flowers. Good luck.
