My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Funky sloped backyard into an oasis!

Before:

(Figure one, view from above, yard goes from the back of our house to the street below (street to street lot). We wanted to make it functional for kids to play and to walk to town and school.
