We have just installed a maple colored shaker style kitchen in a rental home we own. The area above the sink does not have a wall cabinet since I wanted to put a single pendant ceiling light fixture there. But for several reasons I can not get a power source in the ceiling. I can put a light fixture on the wall though. So I am looking for a sconce to put between the two wall cabinets, but all the sconces i am finding are very bathroomy and would not look good in a kitchen. Any ideas what i can use?
