Tomato Chlorosis Virus?

I've noticed that a couple of my tomato plants are exhibiting some sort of chlorosis on the bottom leaves. In researching to see what might be the cause and treatment of this, I came across "ToCV" or tomato chlorosis virus - it's seen in Florida and is spread by various whiteflies. Do we have this in Oklahoma (yet)??

I noticed someone on the Facebook Oklahoma Gardening page had posted similar pictures and also had mentioned that her plants have black flecks on them, too....interestingly, that is also a symptom of ToCV. " Lower leaves develop a progressive, interveinal chlorosis, often with necrotic flecking. "
