By how I assume you mean how do cut in wall to ceiling Carefully. Very carefully : ) I'd avoid a very strong wall color/ light ceiling....keep them close in tone. Or same flat paint color (and light) on BOTH.

There is no clear line of demarcation between wall and ceiling all the way around, and where there is a line of demarcation, it's very low. Trying to paint the ceiling differently will result in something like this:

Beautiful room! Yes, all one color I would use the right white.

Hopefully not that blue swatch you have painted. It's a beautiful room. I would keep the walls white and add color with your bedding, rug and art work.

From school days, I remember the oddest things sometimes; so, seeing your room, it's the flying buttress, from 1500's or so... make a mood or vibe not American. Make it fly [ha] !

On walls in front of closet doors / window -- or wherever -- boudoir.... get out the chalk paint ? I thought they could accentuate the window area.

Great ideas. Thank you for taking the time to comment. Love the all pink room (my 5 year old would swoon) but don’t think I could sleep there every night. It’s currently painted white-ish. It receives little light so trying to find a warm neutral paint. Will paint it all one color. Maybe different trim? Thoughts?

Choose bedding you love and take a colr from it for the whole space

… no one is posting, so I'll repeat sort of, that a room with such unique features could be more special other than a white-ish paint....

just reflecting a second, and I think of a poster bed with white draping!!? paint a bit warm like you said, for bit of contrast.

Thank you @everdebz for all the great ideas. I’ll circle back tonight from the space . I love that gray wall from the Carlisle room link. We currently have a fan there but not sure if we will keep it as we installed central air. If we don’t keep it chandelier is an option.

We opted for Cotton balls. In this photo it takes on warm hues which the room needs! Thank you all for providing great insight.

Next question - ceiling fan recommendations? This one has to go!
