Both the upper and lower decks are approx 16' deep (out from the house). The upper deck - which was an existing structure prior to our involvement - is approx 15' wide. The lower deck - which we added and structured for the hot tub - is approx 18' in width. We decked the new, lower deck with the same composite decking as on the original deck, but the trim, stairs, skirting, railing and pergola were all new.
