Whenever I'm out spraying fungacide on the tomatoes, I'll walk over to 2 peony that always has the leaves with black splothches that develop around mid-summer. Even with the copper or daconil that I've applied this year, doesn't seem to stop said black splotches on leaves developing.

Blooms fine next year. Anyone want to shed some insight . thx
