Hi All & Happy Summer,

I'd been enjoying some folks' posting of recent finishes & working on some of my own; will post those separately.

This block pushed its way into my life this week, even tho' I'd resisted mightily.

This large block simply got in my head & would not stop nagging once I saw the block on Pinterest (thx very much). It'll finish something like 22" square, yikes, but I LOVE it.

I'd been thinking about Batiks & missing them for a while (I first learned of them as a teenager) & indigo is another old favorite which I've collected. The plain stripe is a woven (yarn dye, also known as homespun).
