So I’ve had my tomato plants going for months now with very mature fruit set at the moment. This is really my first time growing On my own. i keep a very close eye on them so I noticed right away this morning that one of my small beefsteaks was damaged. I looked below and sure enough, a fat dark brown caterpillar was right below. I haven’t seen any other signs so far. my tomatoes have no damage until today. Could this be the only one? I found one more larger beefsteak that he tunneled through. I’m going to pull it off soon. Any chance this is a one Time issue? Or should I be more worried?
