My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Anyone trading iris ?

I am starting to thin out my iris beds and will send alot of extras in the trade. Lots Honky Tonk Blue. All my iris are hardy survivors of extreme temps that we have in Northern Wis.


We had snow yet in April and temp soared to the high 80's in May.
