There is an underground irrigation system with an automated timer.

The size of the yard is approximately 25' deep by 60' wide.

The cost for this particular yard was in the range of $40-$60,000. Costs for something similar would be dependent on materials used and the existing conditions of the site.

You can always tell when a project has been done by a professional as opposed to a DIY. Usually a costly venture, but is a big selling point when the house is on the market.
