My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Annie...thanks for your question. The flooring in the Pass Residence is natural Travertine with Granite steps. The upper floor is actually slab material and the lower floor is the same stone but in a large format tile. We can't seem to remember what stone it is. Hope this helps...
