can a round canopy be used?

I will be hanging this with a ceiling medallion. Can the square canopy be replaced with a round one?

Thanks for reaching out. Although you can use a round canopy, we do not supply any that would be a match to this fixture. Additionally, changing the canopy to round would involve a bit of alterations.
