Fertilizing oncidium splinter

I have an oncidium splinter that has 3 pseudobulbs and is growing 2 more new ones but growth seems to be rather slow. It got done flowering last month (2 - 7 foot tall spikes...after I got it from Brookside nursery here. It's sitting indoors at the est window and gets a good amount of morning sun and has no leaf burns. Temperature controlled to 75 - 80 F with a humidifier running 24/7. Anyone with experience on how to fertilize a large Oncidium? As of now I'm doing the weakly-weekly routine with a 20-20-20 fertlizer. Thanks!
