The tag has an incorrect name. It is a primary hybrid with one parent Laelia anceps. RHS site seems to be down. Name should be Clayton Wagley 'Alba'.

Thanks Arthur. A new tag is made and will be installed soon. This is a trade from Orchid Nick. Nick has great orchids. He is a retired doctor. And he writes like a doctor too! Arthur, if you can find the other half of the cross it would be appreciated.

2 days ago I brought this orchid to our club meeting. We have the invited speaker review our show and tell plants. He said that Laelia anceps are becoming rare. For what it is worth...

I have just bought a piece of Nick’s plant and a couple other plants too. He is quite an enabler! I’ll be anxiously awaiting the mail next week!
