Help with small apartment bedroom design

Hello! I recently moved into a new apartment and am looking for helping finishing my small master bedroom. I love the individual pieces in here but it just doesn't feel quite finished/put-together. I think this is because the style of this space is a bit more feminine and neutral than my normal tastes--I usually go for midcentury/eclectic styles with bright pops of color.

The space is 11x12 and I have a queen bed. This is essentially the only layout where the bed is not blocking the window, but would love feedback on how to "finish" the space. The headboard is a grey with a green tint to it.

I forgot to take a picture of the single window, but included one from the rental agency. I also included a layout.

On the photo shelves, I have Audubon prints in the 3 larger frames and need to fill the 4 smaller ones.

Bed opposite the entry door makes for optimal sleep so you're good there. I would get a second nightstand, or perhaps two new ones that are the right height and are chest style with drawers for more storage - always in short supply. Top them with new lamps that are properly sized.

Do you think it would be feasible to keep the yellow sewing table and add something of a similar size to the other size of the bed? I know it is a little high but it is an old piece that I refinished myself and would like to keep it in the room if possible.

Sure; just thought drawers might be in short supply in an apartment.

I like the yellow table and something of similar size would be nice on the other side, both with larger lamps. The walls are neutral, but there's no reason you can't add your pops of color with bedding and artwork.
