Is it true I see three terracotta-pinkish wall colors? And a somewhat rusty orange roof? (colors can look different in pictures/screens) Are you planning on painting walls too?

The front door.. I'd pick a happy looking midcentury door with some small cutouts. In a bright color or more natural in a rich warm stain.

The stucco has white, dark wine, pink beige glass bits on white backing. It's unusual I know. Also, need a color for the steps.. textured paint? In the future the whole house might be painted one color but not anytime soon :) as the roof has to be reshingled in a few months. We almost finished the front bank with more plants than shown here.

Long ago my Dad put in that star type thing on the door knob when the door was a green tone (similar to your example door with circles, "Mid Century Modern")! We want a more current style door but are finding it difficult because of the size of the door. Also, the large window above and the side window.

If the door is in good shape and solid, you might like having windows cut in. Also, local architectural salvage and Crestview Doors (online) might have full replacement options.
