Has anyone chosen Provenza Uptown Chic LVP in Fire & Ice? Would love to see images!

I read one comment above regarding Provenza vinyl and pets- is it true that it's holding up well without scratching? I need to order flooring ASAP and the Sweet Talker color is amazing!!

    Thanks so much!

I received a few samples of "At Ease" and they all look the same color. Can anyone tell me if there is more variation in At Ease, or if it is mainly just one color? Does it photograph differently than when looking at it in real life? When looking at pictures it looks like there is more variation when it is spread out, but my samples make it all look like all the same color.

More variation than what I had expected from samples as well. Some seem more warm, others more cool and some with more cool brown grain. We restained our front door espresso as felt looked good with the grain. So hard to choose from samples. I really believe they are all gorgeous and you will love whichever you choose!

    Changes with the lighting. 🤪

Thank you so much! This really solidifies my purchase. I was so worried because when finding pictures of this floor style, everyone on Instagram seems to have filters and I can’t really tell what they look like. Some people even said that colors were more pronounced when they took pictures with other styles, versus just looking at them in real life. Your floors are so beautiful!

All the floor photos bring up the contrast a LOT. The variations and rustic knots are less pronounced in person. It's crazy how hard it is to get a real representation. Look for videos.

Agreed. We have Sweet Talker and the variations are much more subtle than how they look in photos

@schannon I saw a comment that you didn’t have to do tile removal. Did you not have tile to begin with, or did you lay the lvp over tile?

We had tile! They took up our baseboards and the provenza went over the tile. They have a thick cushion so it did take couple of weeks to “settle” in some spots. We also had 3 carpet areas where they had to fill with boards and do some leveling. It was still less expensive and way less mess than demoing all of that tile! We did not level one of our closets (under stairs)and it just has a slight ramp feel to it. But only i notice that. It depends on how level your tile is, etc. be sure you use an experienced professional! Also, they checked our doors to be sure there was enough clearance as well as appliances. Hope that helps:)

    @provenza_mad
Please specify if your class action is regarding hardwood floors? This thread is about luxury vinyl. Thnx

@provenza_mad, could you elaborate on the health and safety issues?

Yes please tell us what problems you are having.

From what I can see on the web. This is in regards to WOOD floors not LVP. I've had mine in for a year with literally zero problems.

We've had ours for 2 years now and still very happy (knock on LVP ;0).

We've also had Provenza LVP for 2+ years and have been very happy with it.

Anyone choose Cloud Nine from their Uptown Chic line? Would love to see photos!

Anyone choose Big Easy from the Uptown Chic line. I am ready to order, but I would love to see photos please!

Hey folks - I’ve had my floors for about 2 years now. I love them for so many reasons. One thing I noticed is that they hide dirt well. Almost too well because I noticed some dirt in the wood grain that requires scrubbing to get out. How are you all deep cleaning your floors?

Hi! I am trying to decide on a color from Provenza - heard their LVP is good quality, etc...Looking at After Party because it has grays/beiges.taupe -- anyone use it and can share photos? Thanks!

Does anyone have pics of The Natural? Because of backorders I had to go with what was in stock 😬 I'm so nervous!!

I wanted to add my photos of our Provenza AT EASE floors here because we are in love with them and get soooo many compliments on them! We have had them for about 10 months and they still look perfect! We have two toddler boys that have drawn on them, dropped so many things on them...and they haven't scratched or stained at all.

I had a hard time deciding on a color and almost went with Road Trip, but am very happy we ended up with AT EASE. I love the contrast throughout the planks. It is the perfect mix of warm and cool tones. Our home leans more warm (our walls are a warm white - Sherwin Williams Alabaster) so I didn't want anything too gray, but also didn't want them to be too warm/orange.

I have a whole blog post with a full review here if you want to see more photos or read more about the process too!

I love my At Ease as well. Its been a year since install and I honestly wouldn't change a thing. In regards to deep cleaning, I use an OCedar squeeze mop system with a couple of drops of dawn soap. I vacuum weekly or more as needed, thanks to 😺. Love how beautiful everyone's floors are!

Any photos of just chill ?

Anyone installed True Story? Pics please. We're still undecided between True Story, Sweet Talker and Star Struck .

We just had our 1st and 2nd floors installed a week ago and I'm afraid I made a HUGE mistake. They are very hard to clean and look terrible when the light hits it just right which is extensive in our home bc of all the windows. It is a complete matte finish which I don't remember in sample. No sheen whatsoever. Any suggestions on cleaning them so they look nice. I'm so sad bc we've waited a decade to change out floors and spent a small fortune. Also Cloud Nine is completely gray. The sample had some browns in it. I should've ordered one box to lay out and see how it held up over a month before installing 65 boxes. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

I have a new Provenza floor and mine is dark so I do know what you mean. I use a Norwex mop on mine, If I turn the mop longwise and mop in the direction of the grain, it comes out nice. But if I mop in any other direction, not so much.

Thank you! I have a friend that sells Norwex products so I may try that. I ripped up hardwood floors in my kitchen, living and dining areas to make life easier and really regretting it now.

First Crush completely changes throughout the day. Mostly it looks blonde, but on a gray day with no lights on it looks gray. At night it always looks blonde because I have 300K lights.

Your floors looks beautiful and it does not look grey .. love it!!

Love everyone's floors - I am looking at "At Ease" right now and you all helped me definitely find the right flooring with Provenza, it's just a matter of choosing between Sweet Talker, At Ease and Finally Mine! what a hard decision - it would be going in our downstairs game/bar room that doesn't have much natural light (two small windows)....we shall see! these posts are so helpful!

I'm in the same boat - I'm deciding between At Ease and Rise 'n Shine - I haven't been able to find pictures of Rise n' Shine anywhere and that tells me it's not that popular. I think we're going with At Ease...It looks so real to me and neutral - worried about pulling too much yellow, red or green.

These are the most realistic pictures I have of my Sweet Talker flooring. There is variation from board to board. That is what I wanted as opposed to variation within each board. It seems to give it a very realistic look.

@michalea1 your floors are gorgeous!!! I honestly haven't seen a floor from Provenza that I don't enjoy - they're awesome! I'm going to do our stairs as well with the stair nose and praying they don't come out fake looking. GREAT pic on your floors!

I didn't commit to the stairs yet! I did carpet for now-hoping to determine in the next year if I like the floors enough to do the upstairs also. Will have the stairs match the main floor flooring.

@michalea1 I love how the stairs turned out in a picture up above and it didn't look cheap like many LVP stairs...so prayers it comes out as expected.

@michalea1 Looking great. Very natural and warm looking. We installed Sweet Talker three years ago and still happy with it.

What has everyone used for couch, chair bottoms to prevent scratching the floor?

I use felt pads on my dining chairs. I don't know that it's for sure necessary, just being cautious I suppose!

Hi all! After deliberating got what feels like an eternity we finally decided on sweet talker for our new build. I’ll share profess pics.

Also, wanted to note that these were our last two contenders. Rise n’ Shine and Sweet Talker. It’s incredible how close the samples look.

    Rise left, Sweet right

Anyone try to match a stain to At Ease floors using white oak railings?? Struggling to find the right sealer so the railing doesn't look yellow...I like it how it is now, but need to seal it.

@Rebecca Boleratz we used a stain mix on our white oak stair railing that worked really well! Its towards the bottom of this blog post - https://sprucingupmamahood.com/diy-stair-risers-with-wallpaper/
