Hey Nancy, spray those suckers down with a good horticultural soap or Safer's Soap! Now and keep them away from your other plants. They are spider mites and thrip lava. They have a HUGE problem with those there and if you spray after ever getting new acquisitions from anywhere, you will be safe)

Remember, they do not use chemicals at all. Just natural predators..So the likelihood of having pests on their plants is very, very, high.

The very same bugs were on mine on my last shipment.

Mike, I sprayed the h out of this little guy with my neem, isopropyl alcohol and castille soap mixture as I usually do with new arrivals. The more I look at it, like Silica says, it doesn't look like typical spider mite or thrip damage. But I take your experience with Logees to heart and will watch this little guy very carefully. Maybe spray the little devil again in a week before mixing him in with the rest. Thanks to both of you!

Actually, I've never had plants come from Logee's with pests (or not that I ever noticed) and I've ordered half a dozen times. Citrus probably have a higher likelihood than other plants do, but my last meyers (much smaller than yours btw) had no bugs.

I have bought 4 citrus and 6 non-citrus plants from Logee's and all were free of pests and disease.

My nordmann nagami from logees was also pest free. But the point is taken- natural predators are less like to achieve 100% control.

I agree, that pic looks like edema, altho I am not an expert.

Nancy, do me a favor and use a magnifying glass and examine those little white bumps and what looks like transluscent eggs. Tell me what they are? On my last order, they were pests and they had to replace mine along with an apology. I had thrips and what looked like little maggots slivers in the back and they said they were thrips nymphs. I also sent them pics of what looked exactly like yours and they said it was old thrip damage...Just make absolutely certain and even send them a pic. They would most likely tell you since they deal with them quite often. I could be wrong, but on mine I was not.

Who knows, I could be wrong, but better safe than sorry as they say.)
